Man's Body Found On Long Island Beach

Police are investigating after a body was found on a Long Island beach.

The man's body was found around 6:40 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 12 by a passerby at Stony Brook Harbor in Nissequogue in Suffolk County.

Suffolk County Police said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the body.
